At Trainer Jo’s – The Academy, we take a five-step approach to commence your life changing program.
Step 1– Initial consultation
An in-depth consultation with one of our professional trainers where we discuss your fitness goals, schedule and lifestyle.
Step 2 – InBody test
What does your weight really represent? When you step on a scale, you can’t see how much muscle or fat you have. All you see is how heavy you weigh.
Go beyond the scale with the InBody Test, a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water on an InBody Result Sheet. An InBody Test can take anywhere from 15 -120 seconds.

Step 3 – Metabolic Analytics
Analysis of body fat distribution using skin fold measuring in 14 different sites on the body. Each site represents a potential hormonal imbalance. For example, excess fat stored in the stomach region is long term exposure to stress. Excess fat at the side of the belly means over consumption of carbohydrates.

Step 4 – Holistic lifestyle evaluation and coaching
You will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management.

Smart goal setting is pertinent for long term success. Our goals are realistic and achievable, and must work with your schedule. Making small changes day by day will allow an easy transition to a healthier lifestyle. Using our weight tracker will ensure that you are on track and achieving your daily goal. This will become an achievement that is both rewarding and satisfying.
