I have been training with Trainer Jo over the last 12 weeks and I have achieved so many goals and positive changes in my life. I have lost 48 pounds of fat while gaining 14 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks. Trainer Jo is very knowledgeable in food/health/lifestyle. He mainly focus on changing people’s life around. Trainer Jo taught me how to eat, sleep and exercise properly to reach my goal. His training program is basic foundation of positive lifestyle changes. I will continue to follow trainer Jo’s guideline and maintain healthy lifestyle choice. Thank you Trainer Jo for changing my life.
